TELESALES /CUSTOMER SERVICE REPSDARLINGTON, UK This employer is a manufacturer, wholesaler and distributor of bespoke Construction related products and with many decades worth of experience working closely with Building Contractors, Roofers and architects advising them on technical aspects, product requirements and building regulations relating to roofing. With very close ties to some of the leading producers in the industry, they stock and distribute throughout THE UK and Ireland. The role : If you are passionate about customer service and thrive in a busy, fast: paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Our client is seeking to add to their team and are seeking someone who can contribute to providing excellent customer care while helping to drive sales growth. Key duties and responsibilities to include: Providing administrative support to the sales team. Order processing. Sales Invoicing. Tele: Sales with existing and potential customers: Producing sales reports, creating customer and product sales analysis. General administrative duties. What we are looking for: You should be smart educated to GCSE level as a minimum (or equivalent) and have some tangible relevant work experience within the customer service and /or telesales field. The successful candidate will ideally: Have a strong work ethic. Possess excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. Be capable of providing superior customer service while identifying and prioritising customer needs. Be capable of handling customer queries, with professionalism and confidence. Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have an ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Be analytical and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail. Be flexible in their approach to work.
