A Telemedicine Physician Family Practice practice is seeking a qualified physician for Montgomery, AL. This and other physician jobs brought to you by ExactMD. Medical Doctors Only Apply. Please read below to learn more about our Orthotics program.-- Othotics Program/ Cancer Screening Program Our orthotics program will have patients with back, knee, ankle, wrist and shoulder problems scheduled for consultation with Providers.-- Worklflow:- Patient speaks with our Triage Dept to discuss chief complaint- Triage dept will schedule a phone call with Provider- Provider will call the patient to consult the chief complaint- Provider will then log into the platform to fill out the RX forms and Chart notes if they deem medically necessary Volume:- We can start sending over 25-50 Patients per week. Each week we can increase by 25- 50 Patients.--
