Part time initially until property and casualty licensed within 90 days of hire. Full time opportunity immediately if licensed. RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include setting appointments, claim submissions, billing clarifications and prospecting small businesses. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. QUALIFICATIONS: Dedicated to customer service Customer service, call center, telemarketing or sales experience preferred Able to obtain Property and Casualty License Able to obtain a Life/Health License Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals Interested in a unique career opportunity. Our office is located in 2225 Kratky Rd (Page@ Lindbergh) St Louis 63114. Our office is open 9-5 Monday-Friday Evenings and Saturdays by appontment. I have been a State Farm agent since 1989. I am a proud graduate of Florida State University and Bowling Green State University. We currently have 3 team members at our agency. We have 65+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
