If that's the case, we offer a superb opportunity for a clinician who is capable of equipping our patients with enduring strategies using evidenced-based treatments. You will be responsible for providing crisis intervention, diagnosing psychological issues, pinpointing and altering detrimental patterns, fortifying communication skills, and tackling dysfunctional behaviors. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: • Document patient records accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility and licensing standards• Participate in clinical team meetings on a weekly basis, and engage with community organizations• Deliver mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children by employing solution-focused counseling techniques• Plan, carry out, and assess therapeutic treatment programs for each patient individually Qualifications: • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, are needed• Must have experience providing therapy in a clinical setting• Must have an unrestricted state license with the BBS to practice in CA• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, are needed Compensation: $28 - $35 hourly About Company: We are a small but fast-growing telehealth mental health practice in CA.
