Telecom Project Manager Job description Candidate must have a minimum of Five (5) years of experience as Telecom Management / Estimator or relevant Estimating / Project Management experience with proven performance history. This position includes responsibilities to create and/or develop low voltage structured cabling quotations, documentation of IT, Datacom, Audio Visual, Security, low voltage and physical layer infrastructure as well as managing projects of similar magnitude. In order to fulfill job requirements candidate must have detailed knowledge and practical understanding of low voltage and structured cabling infrastructure design, reading and interpretation of elevation drawings and data center design drawings, a strong knowledge of fiber and copper management systems, i.e. Ladder Rack & Fiber Trays, strong understanding of Security Cage build-outs, Data Center Cabinet and Rack installations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create and complete estimates and formal quotations for data and telecommunications, low voltage solutions for our current and future customer base Provide expert knowledge, of IT and low voltage data and telecommunications systems for major projects Develop timely and competitive estimates, correlating to Scope of Work proposals for our clients.
