Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.POSITION SUMMARYAs a Technical Training Specialist you will partner with Training & Learning Manager on various learning projects and initiatives driving skill and knowledge development to deliver business results. You will beresponsible for the overall management of all Technical Maintenance competency building, Education & Training, Leadership initiatives and Pillar activities involving the factory maintenance personnel. You will also be responsible for trainings that occur within the factory Technical Training Center.Support and oversee the development of standardized onboarding for the factory technical (Maintenance) teams Monitor and coordinate ongoing onboarding and competence management for maintenance personnelPartner with Training & Learning Manager on various learning projects and initiatives driving skill and knowledge development to deliver business results as a learning organizationCoordinate efforts, monitor and recommend improvements to World Class Technical Training Center, including development of technical training modules and oversight of technical training curriculumDevelop and deliver classroom/online/virtual trainingsActively engage in and support Total Performance Management (TPM) implementation and progression in the factoryRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent2+ years of training experience within a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environmentDon t meet all the qualifications listed under other ? Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
