Finding solutions to the world's biggest water use and reuse problems has never been more important than it is right now. What your day might look like: Working in partnership with the technical learning & development team to support delivery of the Strong Start experience for our new employee population Building online assessments and evaluations for learning interventions Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data from these assessments and evaluations in order to produce associated reports Utilizing hardware, software, and associated tools to produce “just-in-time” training materials Interacting with designated subject matter experts to develop learning objectives and best practices to be included in learning interventions Qualifications/Requirements Strong collaboration, planning and emotional intelligence skills Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats Experience with video/audio editing Social media savvy Bonus Skills Customer focused, clear thinker, and detail oriented Able to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines Demonstrated resilience and tenacity Able to multitask, provide direction and address issues as they arise Ability to learn other software applications
