We are looking for a customer oriented person with superior communications skills and proven technical background. Job Description: Maintain ownership of cases until resolved; collaborate with other teams as needed and set customer expectations. Provide problem analysis and resolution for remote customer base. Ensure support cases are handled in a timely manner and escalated to R&D if necessary. Provide accurate and timely feedback for purposes of measuring, tracking and driving continuous service level and product improvements. Job Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields. Basic understanding of software development processes. Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP ERP R/3 ECC6 Customer facing experience at least 3 years. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
