Position Details: --- Title: Technical Specialist/Support --- Location: Newnan, GA --- Shift: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Work remote on Monday and Friday --- Compensation: $70 - $75K + bonus --- Benefits: Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance, Flexible Spending Account, 401K, paid Vacation and Holidays. Generous personal time policy. --- Travel: 20% to 40% Position Description: Responsibilities include: --- Responsible post-sales technical support of the field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, wireless, and mobile field device management software, i.e., FieldMate). --- Assist end users and their sales channel with various technical support issues, including configuration, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. --- Help build and maintain customer trust in company products by providing the expertise needed to resolve various technical issues promptly as they arise. --- Work closely with sales and product management to learn and understand customer applications and their use of these products. --- Become an expert technical resource that can assist with product training and help customers achieve the full benefits of these products. Requirements: --- Well organized and excellent communication and time management skills. --- BS in Engineering preferred, or trade school or military with industry experience. --- Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor. --- 1-5 years of previous experience in technical support or related industry application engineering and sales support experience preferred.
