The Technical Solutions Manager must be experienced, determined and influential. Has a broad strategic perspective and proven track record of success in growing business. He is responsible for leading and guiding our technical solutions team in all development activities throughout Western Canada. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Applications Specialists to provide quality solutions to our internal and external customers Provide leadership with commercial and contractual negotiations Determine the deliverables of the department, the program steps and other initiatives to meet the strategies set by senior management Lead the implementation of new processes, tools and data to ensure continuous improvement in quality and efficiency Write and present technical proposals to customers Mentor & Support Application Specialists in analyzing problems and proposing solutions for customers based on.
