Technical Solutions Assistant

Description:
The Technical Solutions Assistant will provide internal IT support through user administration and maintaining/troubleshooting network infrastructure and computer workstations as needed at each location. On an as needed basis, your duties will included: Communicate with and provides technical support to employees on technical inquiries for systems and applications Prepare computer workstations for new hires and helps in familiarizing new hires with computers and applications Provide support with basic IT infrastructure and networking Assist with other various IT Admin duties as needed May provide support for internal ERP application design and implementation May be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network systems, installing new hardware, and modifying existing hardware May assist in developing new company-wide technical solutions May travel to other Vivacity Tech locations in the area Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software Ability to work independently Values Carry passion. Education & Experience High school diploma and minimum 1 years relevant experience required Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
