Job Description JOB TITLE: Tech Lead/Software Engineering Lead Salary: £85,000 - 100,000LOCATION(S): Bristol HOURS: Full time WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in Bristol with some travel to London if required About this opportunity Working alongside the Product Owner, the Lead Software Engineer is the technical lead for our strategic Pricing systems used in Commercial Lending, which we’re developing to integrate with the Bank of the Future, you will also be part of the Lab Leadership team responsible for progressing your team and labs objectives and achieving our vision of a dynamic, energetic and fun environment where market leading technology is at the heart of delivering the best client and colleague experiences. You'll collaborate with Business, Product and Engineering teams, driving efforts to design, build, support solutions. You'll champion software engineering practices that align with architectural and group strategies and coach/mentor engineers. This is a leadership level role and will blend both deep domain and technical expertise within a feature team and great passion for coaching and developing people in a “player-coach” model.
