As the Technical Enablement Consultant, you will be a trusted consultant to our new and existing customers as you help them transform into efficient airline operation teams using Airbus digital tools. Through technical coaching, you will ultimately be guiding our airline customers to improve their fleet operational efficiency using fleet health monitoring and predictive maintenance solutions. Being customer obsessed, you will provide the tools, resources, and coaching to the customer technical operations and engineering teams as part of the Transition Services and support our external partner network to accelerate adoption of digital solutions through time-bound engagements and provide data driven assessments. You will also interface with cross functional commercial teams, ie. Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and more in order to design and develop standardized enablement with a focus on performance improvement and process excellence. Primary Responsibilities: Be the technical advisor to the airlines by reviewing the predictive alerts and send recommendations to take corrective actions before the airlines get access to the Airbus digital predictive tools. Be the technical expert on the content of the predictive models from all Digital Alliance partners on their purpose and what they address. Be the technical coach explaining to the airline customers what it means to have predictive engineering in house to improve fleet efficiency, showing how to use the tools to reduce unscheduled maintenance until the customers can operate the predictive tools on their own. Support partners by making sure the predictive models are deployed correctly on Skywise platform and run in various environments: demo, integration and production. Deliverables: Deployment of digital assets namely predictive models from partners integrated into Airbus products. Roadmaps for technical and functional integration of digital assets (internal and with partners). Closure document of the A/L predictive engineer up-skilling plan. Create predictive models performance & maturity assessment dossier per customer. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Required Skills and Experience: You're a problem-solver who thinks out-of-the-box. You empathize with those who can use what we've built and you want to help solve their problems. You have the ability to give more than you take. We have an amazing team. We want you to make it even more amazing. Demonstrable cross-functional project management excellence. At least 2-3 years of experience with programming languages such as Python, or similar languages. MRO / Airline Maintenance and Operations. Experience in customer service and support. Interest in learning and teaching new technologies. Good customer communication. Flexibility for frequent travels: domestic and international (approx. 50%). Ability to manage complex and conflicting relationships. Preferred Skills and/or Experience: Experience with Palantir big data platform. Data Science expertise. Previous engaging classroom training experience. Licenses/Certifications: Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, DASM or similar professional credentials. preferred Azure, AWS, GCP certifications preferred Travel Required: up to 50% Eligibility: Authorized to Work in the US Clearance: None Decision Making, Complexity: Organizational information: Job Dimensions, Contributions to Success: List specific examples of direct responsibility this position has for company assets, revenue, budget and financial responsibility, strategic influence, customer relationships and impact on customers, key figures per year.
