We provide computer and network engineering services with a focus on Communications and Networking technologies. SECURITY CLEARANCE: Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret personnel security clearance and be SCI eligible. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops, writes and edits material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instructions books, catalogs and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures, and installation, operation, and maintenance of machinery and other equipment. Acts as supervisor to other Technical Writers. Observes production, developmental, and experimental activities to determine operating procedure and detail. Interviews production and engineering personnel and reads journals, reports, and other material to become familiar with technologies and solutions. Organizes material and completes writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology. Reviews published materials and recommends revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of work and revisions. Edits material prepared by other writers Excellent written and verbal communication skills EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of experience creating, editing and reviewing technical documentation, procedures and guidelines for C4ISR or similar systems.
