Job Description: Technical Editor will collect inputs, draft, coordinate, and finalize the INSCOM Operational Highlights report for the INSCOM Command Team following guidance of the G3. The INSCOM Operational Highlights Report is a high-level communication by the Commanding General to Army and DOD senior leaders (General Officer audience) and Intelligence Community officials to communicate the impact of INSCOM's contributions to Army, joint and coalition commands, and the National Intelligence Community in an environment of constrained resources and force transformation. Specific duties include the following: Develop data calls based on general guidance from G3 and support the collection of data inputs from the INSCOM Staff and MSCs. Design the report inputs to support informed decisions by Army and Defense leadership teams to employ the force based on a shared vision for the role of Army intelligence organizations and to thoughtfully shape the force and command. Assemble and integrate the inputs into the Operational Highlights report, and support staff coordination to finalize the report with final approval through the G3 by the CG. Prepare, review, deliver, and present INSCOM Command and VIP briefings for the INSCOM Command Team as required. Briefings shall reflect a coordinated INSCOM position or message. Examples of briefings include INSCOM Newcomer Briefing, Command Briefing, Intelligence Warfighter Briefing, Senior Leaders Conference Briefing, CG Travel Briefings, and CG VIP Briefings. Prepare and deliver the Command Briefing after Action Review Execution, Post- briefing AARs/feedback, and apply lessons learned to future briefing engagements. Prepare, review, coordinate, and deliver support for special tasking's for INSCOM Command Team. Special tasking's may include support for activities such as the MI Ball, the AUSA convention, INSCOM Commander's Conference, or other functions of interest to the INSCOM Command Team. Ensure the special tasking's are effectively supported through administrative coordination with hosts or participants (such as INSCOM MSCs), availability of audiovisual equipment and operators, and maintenance of the briefing files log on all networks (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, NSANET). Collect data, document, and generate automated data storage systems and briefings for the INSCOM Command Team and the G3. Files shall be maintained according to subject and date and documented to permit continuity for access by the Government or a successor contractor. The contractor shall deliver and update a listing of major products with network directory file locations as necessary to ensure the COR always has a current listing of available files and their locations Work Locations: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at INSCOM HQ (Nolan Building) on Fort Belvoir, VA. There is a possibility that performance of some tasks will be required at other Government facilities in the Washington D.C., Maryland, or Virginia areas in the event of emergency, response exercise, or rehearsal. Alternate performance locations will be identified by the COR, or in accordance with Government provided emergency or COOP documentation Required Qualifications: Education Master's degree in any discipline Experience 20 years Army or Joint All Source Intelligence experience Demonstrated experience as a staff member at Division or higher level Experience as a primary staff officer, primary staff directorate NCOIC or primary staff directorate warrant officer is preferred Demonstrated experience as a staff member at Division or higher level Demonstrated experience researching, creating, developing, and delivering professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports Demonstrated experience leading and interacting with small groups on information requirements and coordinating tasks with HQDA and IC partners Special Qualifications Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance MEL 4, WOSSE or SLC/SMA Job Posted by ApplicantPro
