If so, then our Technical Customer Support Representative role may be the perfect fit for you. In this entry-level role, you will be the front-line support for clients ensuring that they are satisfied with Instructional Empowerment’s technology products. You will support our customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to inquiries with a sense of urgency via phone, email, and/or video calls. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, great interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to think on their feet to solve problems with customer accounts. Here is what you’ll do Updating contact information for accounts. Escalate customer inquiries when needed. Responsible for inbound and outbound calls with customers. Responsible for technical support including, but not limited to, password resets and system navigation. Engage current customers and build sustainable relationships. Documents all customer interaction in CRM system. Contact clients to inform them about changes or corrections to anything related to their account or products.
