Technical Account Manager Hyla, Inc. Farmers Branch, TX Req: MS, BS or foreign equ. in Info Tech & Mgmt, CS, Info Systems, Eng., or related field; w/MS: 3 yrs business and/or IT experience; 3 yrs formal SDLC including Waterfall & Iterative development teams; 3 yrs writing medium complexity SQL queries to supplement Ad-Hoc reporting & troubleshoot issues; & 3 yrs w/Microsoft Project or other Enterprise Scheduling tools. With a BS: 5 yrs business and/or IT experience; 5 yrs of formal SDLC including Waterfall & Iterative development teams; 5 yrs writing medium complexity SQL queries to supplement Ad-Hoc reporting & troubleshoot issues; & 5 yrs w/Microsoft Project or other Enterprise Scheduling tools. Exp may be gained concurrently. Any suitable combo of edu, exp & training will be accepted.
