To assist in the maintenance and repair of semiconductor equipment through the use of technical documentation to include electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings. To resolving technical issues, maintain customer correspondence, generate and updated technical documentation and coordinating sales support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Spare Parts sales Research spare parts requests and coordinate with Engineering and Purchasing to resolve parts obsolescence issues. Provide customer quotations Assist with order management and customer spares issues. Technical Support Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with internal problem resolution using electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings. Develop Product Support Bulletins (PSBs) and technical instructions Maintain written and verbal correspondence with customers Participate in tracking technical issues by prioritizing, researching, and providing customer solutions. This includes over-the-phone technical assistance and conference calls, as well as written correspondence. Customer Escalations: Work with technical support team to resolve escalated issues and coordinate with field service resources. Track customer issues and provide routine updates to management during regularly scheduled meetings. Required skill: An advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics. The ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and complex work instructions. A strong knowledge of hand tools and proper usage, including a digital multimeter. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. This includes managing multiple projects to meet time-sensitive objectives. Qualifications: An associate degree in electronics or engineering technologies, or equivalent work experience, or completion of military technical training and field experience. Additional Requirements: Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with our company policy. This position also requires working in close proximity with other team members. Positive and effective interaction with other team members is a necessary part of this position.
