Crew Member Responsibilities and Duties: Perform any or all of the essential duties required of the crew members, Assistant Manager (if any) or of the Shift Managers. Complete daily tasks and serve each customer with excellent service & quality product Encourage teamwork, the building of staff morale, and the resolution of conflict through bi-monthly (plus as-needed) staff meetings and daily communication. Have FUN! Physical Demands of the Job: Must be able to perform the tasks outlined above; must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally work long hours; must be hardworking; must be able to occasionally lift up to 35Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits: Employee discount Restaurant type: Quick service & fast food restaurant
