TDB Communications is seeking Human Resources Administrator to join our on-site team in Chester, Virginia. The Human Resources Administrator will be a viable part of not only the HR Team but our Recruiting Team(s). Our call center provides support to government insurance solutions such as Medicare and Marketplace solutions. To be a successful Human Resources Administrator, TDB will provide the equipment and training on current practices and processes. You bring the right attitude and experience!The business is open from: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days per week. Pay and Benefits:Base rate $21.63 per hour + H&WMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits available401(k) available with company matchPaid holidaysPTOThis is an SCA position with Health & Welfare (H&W) dollars-also referred to as fringe dollars - are contributed by your employer to help pay for your benefit coverage as required by the Service Contract Act obligation. There is an H&W contribution for every hour you are paid (including PTO, but excluding overtime hours), up to 40 hours per week or as defined by the applicable Wage Determination. This H&W contribution is utilized to pay for benefits.H&W rate $4.41. Conduct new hire orientation and assist with onboarding. Coordinate employee training and development programs Maintain employee records, including personnel files and HR databases. Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. Assist with the performance evaluation process. Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution. Assist with HR compliance, including maintaining knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
