Duties:Provide legal counsel on tax-related matters with a focus on ERISA/Employee Benefits.Advise clients on executive compensation issues and compliance.Conduct legal research on tax laws, regulations, and ERISA requirements.Draft and review legal documents, including employee benefit plans and executive compensation agreements.Assist clients in navigating complex tax implications related to employee benefits.
