Role: Tax Associate Attorney Location: Houston, TX Job Overview: One of our clients, a boutique law firm, is looking for a tax attorney to join their team. The firm focuses on tax planning and risk management for entrepreneurs and private clients. Role will involve tax planning, asset protection, filing entity status, and drafting documents. filing of business documents with various states; compliance both Federal and State;You will learn about structure and planning and tax controversy through work experience.
