The successful candidate will work closely with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, assisting with complex estate planning, administration of estates and trusts, and the preparation of gift and estate tax returns. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate interested in estate planning and tax law to develop their skills and grow within a supportive and inclusive environment.Key Duties:Develop and draft complex estate planning documents for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.Assist with the administration of large and complex estates and trusts.Prepare and file gift and estate tax returns.Counsel clients on a broad range of estate and tax planning strategies.Model and summarize advanced wealth transfer techniques.Participate in client meetings and take the lead on ensuring deliverables are well-analyzed, well-drafted, clear, concise, and timely.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited school.0 - 2 years of experience as an attorney.Admitted to practice in Colorado, eligible to sit for the Colorado Bar Exam, or able to be waived in.Demonstrated interest in estate planning through law school classes, LLM, or relevant work experience.Skills and Competencies:Exceptional writing ability.High level of attention to detail.Strong client service approach, including communicating and coordinating with clients and clients’ advisors.Self-starter and team player.Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Ability to thrive in an inclusive, diverse work environment.Job Location:Denver, COBenefits:Competitive compensation.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, 401K, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and bonus.
