Programs will include; Diversity, equity and inclusion practices and community partner relations Talent pipelining strategies and headhunting Career site branding and modernization Vendor management and procurement YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE : Responsible for the design, implementation and evolution of Indigenous sourcing approach for the organization; Conduct outreach and engagement activities within Indigenous communities to connect with potential candidates and build trust and bring awareness of striving to have a workforce that represents the communities.
