The Talent Acquisition Specialist has the following key responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience Passionate about talent acquisition, with excellent communication skills and possess a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging with candidates and office management team Reporting to HR Manager to prepare and extend job offers Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events Ensure fair, consistent and efficient practices, as it relates to sourcing , recruiting and hiring Lead and develop recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidate pools Building recruitment and selection capabilities with team members; Skills and Experience The Talent Acquisition Specialist works alongside the Team in developing pools of qualified health care professionals Work collaboratively to meet Home Care Assistance Barrie goals and objectives. This includes collaboration of ideas, with a positive attitude Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates Champion a positive candidate experience for all candidates Develop and maintain partnerships with employment-focused community organizations to attract diverse talent Participate in various talent acquisition and health care events Champion Employee Referral Program including tracking and reporting Ensure accurate and up to date talent tracking information in candidate tracking system.
