Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Position Type: 12-month contract to hire Location: Onsite, Rockville, MD Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $30-$33/hr Job ID#:136279 Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements): Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct background checks and reference checks to ensure the suitability of candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Contribute to various HR projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting.
