Interior and exterior patrols Foot patrols, along with static presence on sites Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws Deterring and responding to incidents on property Responding to various types of emergencies (fire alarms/elevator entrapment/intrusion alarms) Ensure the protection of people, assets and property at client locations Monitor access of entryways and exit points using equipment at your disposal Conduct preventive surveillance rounds according to established procedures Provide impeccable customer service regularly interacting with the public in a professional, service oriented manner Prevent fire, theft and vandalism Verify and inspect safety equipment Communicating regularly with patrons/clients Completing reports and memo book entries on a regular basis Patrolling in a variety of settings including but not limited to condominiums, commercial properties and malls Working on a continental rotation of evenings & overnights Qualifications to become a Static Security Guard.
