Job Summary Responsible for ensuring that company ERP needs are met and aligned with business strategy and operating needs, specifically Syteline. Responsibilities Oversees and maintains the INFOR Syteline system and daily operations, as well as instances of implementations. Oversees and maintains any third-party integration for the system. Analyzes recommended patches from INFOR in order to conclude any impacts these could have. Prepares reports and presentations Operations and Finance leaders Collaborates with IS Support on a regular basis. Provides end-user technical support and database maintenance. Operates as a business partner to the Operations, Sales/Customer Service, and Finance functions within the company to improve knowledge, efficiency and customer service. Manages new initiatives in support of operational productivity and informational increase for Sales and Operations business functions. Provides support and leadership for project efforts associated with the implementation and continuous upgrades and expansion of system capabilities. Utilizes a collaborative approach with internal customers, outside resources and technology resources and partners. Provides back-end website support including SSL certificate renewals and DNS registration Analyzes software application issues and determine effective course of action to improve operational functionality Ensures strict adherence to software licensing rules and maintains careful records Works closely with vendors, contractors and the development teams to resolve certain issues that cannot be resolved in-house Serve as primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ERP system Proactively anticipates issues and makes recommendations Interfaces with software vendors for application bug resolution or application maintenance issues Participates in routine meetings related to the ERP system and core IT Operational systems Leads the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new modules and upgraded software Supports computer systems and other on-site hardware Responds promptly to end user and management needs Maintains security administration of ERP system and ensures users have proper access levels to the appropriate functionality Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with end users and suppliers Authors and maintains the User Manual for staff. Complies with and assists other employees in understanding and complying with TAB's policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Science preferred 3+ years' experience with Syteline preferred 5+ years' experience with Project Management 7+ years' experience in IT Proven experience with Analytics and Business Intelligence tools, Cognos report writing and MS SQL Relational Databases. Proven program/project management experience in implementation of complex, integrated, business applications for multi-site manufacturing ERP with INFOR Syteline experience. Advanced proficiency in computer programs for Microsoft Office Suite. Previous administrative experience with INFOR Syteline and associated applications. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Detailed Syteline ERP knowledge and understands the application and system processes. Strong business acumen. Strong change management skills Superior interpersonal abilities with the ability to participate effectively on cross-functional teams. Ability to get along with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature and flexible manner. Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and effectively establish priorities. Excellent attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to a variety of audiences. Strong sense of urgency, problem solving skills, and commitment to continuous quality improvement. Ability to work well under pressure and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
