Come build your career with BAE SystemsAs an ECS Section Leader, you will oversee Systems Engineers who work as part of a cross-functional multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug and test the next generation electronic warfare systemsThese Systems Engineers deliver innovative solutions and technical contributions that include program estimation, program planning, system development, requirements development, integration and test and execution in a field deployment environmentRoles and Responsibilities: Lead and build a Systems Engineering team including: Recruit, retain, train, recognize, develop and assign team members as appropriate to meet business area needs. Develop individual and group goals and objectives. Communicate flow down.
