Hours and Location: This is a remote position. Hours are 1st shift, Monday through Friday. Participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation required. What you will do: Provides support, analysis, development, configuration, testing and implementation for assigned applications with a focus on supporting all aspects of the ServiceNow platform. Provides software coding and customization including, but not limited to, workflow administration, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development. Obtains, analyzes, and interprets business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow. Coordinates and solves complex technical data and transformation issues. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated knowledge 3 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, deployment, and administration Knowledge of JSON file format and scripting Extensive knowledge of: JavaScipt, Windows PowerShell Scripting, Linux Command Line Scripting Familiarity with configuring/designing business rules, UI policies, UI actions, SQL, HTML, client scripts, and ACLs using advanced JavaScript to enhance platform functionality. Demonstrated technical implementation expertise in various ServiceNow modules Develop and maintain APIs (REST, SOAP) and web services to integrate ServiceNow with other systems. Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts Experience using the ServiceNow platform Knowledge of ITIL processes Strong project management skills as demonstrated by leading medium or large projects. Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners Ability to manage and prioritize numerous competing initiatives of varying complexity with minimal supervisionChildren's Wisconsin is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
