About the position: Currently, we are looking for an eager Systems Analyst for our Corporate IT team, based in Burnaby. The Technical Systems Analyst will function in a multi-faceted role, enterprise application configuration, development, technical troubleshooting, testing and enterprise application administration/support. Systems Analyst Duties and Responsibilities: Working collaboratively with the IT team to manage stakeholder requests ERP (JD Edwards) configuration, development and technical troubleshooting ERP training for IT team and Houle end users Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration, development, and support Microsoft Share Point on premise configuration, development, and support Procore development integration to ERP and other systems Other Application development, testing and support as needed Customize and build reports Regularly update knowledge base and change mgmt. system, as well as document all necessary actions Houle enterprise applications include JDE Enterprise One, Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Microsoft Share Point, Procore, and Net Helpdesk software. System Analyst Experience and Skills: Degree in Computer Science or other relevant education 7+ years of JDE Enterprise One experience configuring, troubleshooting and implementing 5+ years of hands on experience using Microsoft development stack 5+ years of hands on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Share Point on prem SQL Server experience Other professional IT designations/affiliations considered an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to foster positive productive professional relationships, with customer service approach Ability to solve problems and use sound judgment for decision making Very strong attention to detail Culture is important at Houle.
