About the Opportunity The Systems Analyst, Virtual Care reports to an IM/IT Virtual Care Manager and will take direction from either the IM/IT Lead or Manager. This position is responsible for Virtual Care services quality improvement control, stakeholder evaluations, monitor performance metrics, backss current processes and procedures for trending issues, auditing and reporting, gaps analysis, assisting IMIT Leads with clinical initiative implementations, and support for Virtual Care technology.
