Description:
This position is looking for someone who is able to work fully onsite and has strong end user support with Microsoft Outlook and Exchange, especially Exchange 2016. This is a full-time 4.5 month contract to hire that is looking to pay between $35-$50/hr. This role requires strong communication skills and is ready to hire as soon as possible. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Primary technical point-of-contact for all major IT projects including, but not limited to infrastructure development and upgrades, major architecture revisions, and critical backup/recovery systems Work independently to develop and implement major IT projects and lead technical vision of projects for junior systems administrators Meet with vendors and customers to develop technical solutions Performs administration of Exchange 2016 on premise installation Use the IT documentation systems such as Confluence to document procedures and projects Support Windows and Linux operating systems on servers and desktops Supports IT help desk functions as required REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in related field or 5 years of experience in related field Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail with regard to note taking and troubleshooting documentation A minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft technologies including Windows and Windows Server A minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Exchange Server A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Windows Active Directory Environment Powered by JazzHR
