Read on and learn more about this role: How YOU Will Make an Impact Provide comprehensive hardware and software support on all PGT technology systems including, but not limited to PCs, printers, mobile devices, scanners, and telephones. Provide telephone, email, chat, and in-person support to on-site and remote workers. Maintain and install technology for corporate and off site locations. Identifies and investigates end user information technology strategies to support the business objections of PGT Trucking, Inc. Explores, documents, and recommends to management new methods and or systems which when implemented would improve performance in the area of responsibility What YOU Need to Succeed: Associates degree or equivalent experience required. 2+ years in a technical service desk role preferred Technical certifications (A+, Network+, Microsoft) a plus. Must have strong communication skills, computer hardware, network, and mobile device troubleshooting skills. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast past environment. Must be organized and be able to maximize efficiency and provide quality service.
