Innova Solutions has an immediate DIRECT HIRE need for a Systems Engineer for a Data Analytics and Engineering team. Position: Full-time Direct Hire Location: Atlanta, GA OR Dallas/Plano, TX This role is responsible for analyzing data, identifying, and resolving data discrepancies, across multiple business applications specializing in transforming reporting and analytics across key areas of the business. This role will be involved in improving, and arming our leaders with the right reports, tools, and insights to drive the business. It entails applying rigor to the existing reporting and analytics landscape and understanding how to realize benefits across visualization, automation, and consumption of information that ultimately promote a stronger and healthier data culture. This is a Direct Hire opening. Candidates MUST be willing/able to work W2. No C2C or 1099 candidates can be considered. Candidates must be local to Atlanta, GA or Dallas/Plano, TX. Job is 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Ideal candidate will have strong PowerBI as well as back end development skills Job Posting Title System Engineer (Data Analytics & Engineering team) Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View Develop prototypes for new data dashboards to measure team performance against business agility and PI objectives Assembling large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements Identifying, designing and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes Building required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources using Azure and SQL technologies Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition Working with stakeholders including data, design, product and executive teams and assisting them with data-related technical issues Working with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, and Delivery teams to support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues Qualifications: Minimum of Three (3) years of experience with Azure Cloud Minimum of Three (3) years of experience leveraging PowerBI. Experience in custom ETL design, implementation, and maintenance Experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling Experience with machine learning and automation Experience with Python, SCALA, SPARK, .NET Experience with SQL programming Knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies Understanding of agile data engineering concepts and processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrable passion to be a change champion Must be team oriented with strong collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills required Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience, technical degree preferred 8-10 years of professional experience PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $140-190K *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits: Innova Solutions offers benefits( based on eligibility) that include the following: Medical & pharmacy coverage, Dental/vision insurance, 401(k), Health saving account (HSA) and Flexible spending account (FSA), Life Insurance, Pet Insurance, Short term and Long term Disability, Accident & Critical illness coverage, Pre-paid legal & ID theft protection, Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
