Looking for a motivated person to join our marketing team, who has the desire to learn and share knowledge with others. Must enjoy working with livestock and people. Will motivate and coordinate team members for superior performance and analyze information to make strategic decisions to maximize marketing opportunity. Must be able to identify market animals within the correct weight windows. Will utilize and understand flow information for site preview evaluation. Communicate with growers and other team members to ensure marketing plan execution.
