Are you looking for a FUN and AMAZING place to work? Then look no further! Aqua-Tots Swim School is looking for an energetic Swim Instructor with a sincere love of children and swimming. Aqua-Tots Swim School specializes in teaching children to swim from day one. Our highly trained instructors are experts in our proprietary curriculum. Combined with our 91 degree water, full-sized pools, children are provided the optimal learning environment. We are dedicated to developing our children into confident, life-long swimmers. We would love to have you as part of our program and we hope to see you in our pools soon! Looking to fill position ASAP. Hiring process can take less than 1 week!! Salary: $15+/per hour We offer: Indoor coaching and training so no experience needed Paid training Weekly pay Flexible set schedules with weekend nights off Bonuses Part time employment with opportunity for extra shifts Room to grow Inclusive work environment Positive team culture Requirements: Provide a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all the safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures Attend monthly in-service training Track student swim progression throughout the levels Provide outstanding customer service to all guests 4-6 hour shifts teaching 8 or 9 classes back to back Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday) Be a part of something bigger, apply today!
