Develop and guide a large team of employees.Professional requirementsProfessional Requirements 3-5 years of retail Store Management experience required for all candidates, specialty retail preferred Passion for the delivering the culture of the SWATCH Brand Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills. Ability to lead and sustain an efficiently operating and cohesive store.
