This position is permanent and needed approx 40 hours a week. Applicants for this role must be available 9am:5pm Monday to Friday. The setting is a education day centre and is there to support the needs of vulnerable young adults with complex needs. The learners at this setting have complex needs including but not limited to EBD, Autism and associated conditions. This setting is committed to giving all the young adults high levels of care that allow them to achieve amazing outcomes. They are passionate about promoting and encouraging independence and life skills for there young people, ensuring that their safety and well: being underpins every decision they make. This is a spacious and modern site with lots of transitional and outdoor spaces. Senior leadership are long standing and heavily involved with an open door policy and are available to support all at any opportunity. This setting can offer you career progression opportunities and on site training.
