Support Worker required in Sunderland for full time role within the Supported Living service. Initial 6 month contract. 32 - 37 hours per week. Support Worker Job Description We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join the Supported Living service in Sunderland. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with varying needs. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a core rota and must be available to work day shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a difference in people's lives and join a supportive team.
