J on Company Name: WC Health Job Title: Housing Support Staff Essential Functions: Monitor day to day activities to ensure the safety and well being of all clients Duties involve the ability to operate the assigned vehicle in a safe, reliable, and professional manner while being courteous, patient, and helpful to all passengers (if applicable) . Request emergency personnel for high risk situations Maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Communication Proficiency Ethical Conduct Personal Effectiveness/Credibility Problem Solving/Analysis Knowledge of serious mental illness, substance abuse, psychotropic drugs, entitlement programs and recovery oriented services required. Position Type: Part-time and Full-time Education and Experience: Previous experience in working with psychiatric/mental health patients Previous behavioral Health experience beneficial High school diploma or GED Additional Qualifications: Maintain a valid Nevada Driver's License and insurance (If Required) Must have a good driving record that does not reflect a total accumulation of six or more negative points within the past three years or a major violation within the past four years (If Required). Pre-employment drug testing and FBI criminal background check (Required).
