For more information about Solenis, please visit .Description: Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as required Assists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and puts together a plan for corrective action - ensures the sales account manager is kept informed Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required Assist with data analysis on program performance Participate in technical training opportunities for advancement of skills and knowledgeQualifications: Bachelor's Degree (Science or other technical degree). Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree) Solving complex and non-routine technical problems Strong relationship management skills Industry and customer literate, or ability to pick up industry and Solenis technologies quickly Drive for results; proactively addresses complex issues Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Perks!
