LockNet will work with the corporate office and general contractors to ensure competitive pricing on quality products designed for high-traffic locations.rnCustomer Relationship Manager rnLockNet is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager with excellent communication skills, who will successfully connect and build trust with each customer in their portfolio and work meticulously to provide them with an outstanding customer experience. rnThis organized and analytical relationship builder will be a quick study and will eagerly jump in to learn and understand the customer's needs. Once well established, they will have the ability to proactively anticipate the customer's wants and needs, as well as provide a clearly detailed scope of work for the customer and team. Utilizing internal systems and resources to collect, refine and analyze the proper data, this position will also be accountable for developing detailed customer profiles, and then strategically creating a tailored and comprehensive service plan which, when executed, exceeds customer expectations.rnThe most successful Customer Relationship Manager will maintain the core values of the organization while also confidently and assertively driving to clearly communicate customer processes and expectations, bringing the most fitting solutions to the table. While some occasional travel for customer visits will be required, a significant portion of time will be spent working in systems, on the phone, through email, and in virtual meetings collaborating with, learning about, and listening to the customer, and then working to deliver a plan that ensures proper execution of the customer excellence strategy. rnThis position reports to the Sales Manager, but also works closely with the Director of Business Development as well as working in tandem cross-functionally amongst the appropriate Client Services Teams to make sure the customer is completely taken care of all the way through the customer life cycle. rnEnsuring an excellent customer experience requires successfully executing on the specific accountabilities and essential functions included below. rnrn Quickly building and preserving a, reliable professional, and trusting relationship with the customerrn Being the customer's primary contact and "go to person", ensuring maximum customer satisfactionrnUnderstanding and being intuitive to the customers challenges, problems, and needed changes, and consistently providing them with streamlined and profitable solutions rnEffectively and proactively discerning and ensuring delivery of exceptional solutions to the customerrnSuccessfully managing and resolving customer escalations and responding to all customer inquiries quickly and efficientlyrnServing as the internal expert on the customer's needs, and providing the Team with resources such as:rnrnStrategically developed and comprehensive service plans rnWell documented and detailed customer profiles rnClearly written and organized customer service expectationsrnTraining on customer service metrics rnMonthly customer scorecard data, reviews, and evaluationsrnrnrnUtilizing excellent Customer Intelligence skills through actively participating in customer calls, researching, and being able to foresee and intervene to prevent potential customer issues. rnProvide ongoing general and performance reporting such as Service Level Agreement achievement percentages, open order and completion date reports, invoicing reports, YTD sales and comparatives for prior YTD's and budget. rnOverseeing prompt customer invoicing and assisting Accounts Receivables with customer collectionsrnrnIn addition to the expectations above, standards of performance will include:rnrnEffectively and efficiently using logical thinking and problem-solving skills while handling multiple priorities with varying time restraints. rnDemonstrating excellent and consistent interpersonal intrapersonal skills and a proficiency in business vocabulary to represent the company successfully and professionally. rnMechanical inclination with the ability to gain extensive product knowledge quickly.rnExceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical knowledge into actionable directions for employees. rnMaintaining a positive mindset and approach, focused on team building, problem solving, and collaboration with the end goal of providing a unified and consistently outstanding customer experience.rnEnsuring all customer needs and expectations are clearly documented and defined, proactively anticipated, and executed to not only achieve to but to exceed customer expectationsrnrnCustomer Relationship Manager QualificationsrnThe ideal candidate will have:rnrnA bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other related field.
