Position Overview Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, Warehouse & Distribution, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface Hospital, the SUPPLY ATTENDANT - TRANSFORMATION is responsible for participating in transformation activities to provide feedback from a Supply Management perspective; assisting the in the training of new department staff; providing feedback to the supervisors regarding training programs; running usage reports; performing 6s activities within the supply cart area; performing the duties of a Supply Attendant as required and performing other related duties as assigned. Experience One (1) year experience as a Supply Attendant. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Grade XII or recognized equivalent. Working knowledge of Lean Principles Working knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in the use of MS Office software including Excel, Word, Power Point, internet and email applications. Ability to create Excel spreadsheets is required. Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of SAP Supply Chain modules including the common inventory transaction codes in SAP is required. Knowledge of the 6S process, tools and the ability to demonstrate the use of these tools in your daily. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
