Supervisory LPN will support clients and caregivers in our Atlanta-Central, GA territory. Job Summary: Under the guidance of the Branch Manager and local market leadership, the Supervisory LPN collaborates with local and market teams to: Perform in-home assessments to determine support and client needs Conduct regularly scheduled supervisory visits of clients Monitor personal care and companion care services provided by direct care staff Assist in educating direct care staff to ensure quality of care Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and all related documentation Qualifications: Practical Nurse licensure in the state of Georgia Current CPR certification One (1) year of clinical nursing experience; home care experience is a plus Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Energetic team player with a positive attitude What We’re Offering: Competitive hourly wage + mileage reimbursement Benefits (Health/Dental/Vision) 401(k) Strong clinical support system Work/life balance Internal growth opportunities The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
