We are hiring a Full-time (35 hours/week) CASE MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR for Catholic Charities in Buffalo for the Immigrant / Refugee Assistance Program 35-hour work week over 14 paid holidays over 25 PTO days a year flexible schedules comprehensive health care coverage flexible spending accounts no cost Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 403B Retirement plan with employer contributions training and development opportunities JOB SUMMARY: Case Management Supervisor for the Immigration and Refugee Assistance Program. The person will supervise case managers in the R&P and Preferred Community Program. The Supervisor's position will also include assistance in program budget development, annual program reviews and staffing plan rationale, production of annual and quarterly reports, training and staff development. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Trains, monitors, evaluates and supervises case work of staff; provides regular and ongoing supervision to ensure that client's needs and goals are met. 2. Recruits, interviews and recommends for hiring of case managers as required by grants. 3. Oversees the R&P and PC programs. 4. Evaluates and establishes priorities regarding delivery of service in accordance with clients' needs and Catholic Charities mission and purpose 5. Assists in the coordinating and completion of Continuous Quality Improvement reports (data monitoring and collection) 6. Participates in internal and external agency committees (i.e. CQI, SDAG, OCFS Supervisor meeting, Safety and Risk Management) 7. Review case notes and required forms to ensure that services are being delivered in compliance with the requirements of funders. 8. Attend local and regional meetings and conferences as they pertain to program enhancement, recruitment and staff development. 9. Develops relationships with the Erie County Department of Social Services, Buffalo Public Schools and other government agencies as required. 10. Approve staff time and attendance; monitors bi-monthly staff and attendance sheets. 11. Prepares and oversees program monitoring visits and audits from funders 12. Works closely with Department Director. ACCOUNTABILITIES/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in Quarterly supervisor training meetings Coordinates and works closely with Department's Outreach Supervisor and Employment Counselors EDUCATION: Minimum of 8 years supervisory experience in a related field or Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience. Specify Special Requirements: Must be comfortable working with clients that have limited of no English. Knowledge of Erie Co DSS services would be a plus. Personable, creative, team player.
