Salary range: GBP35,000 : GBP42,000 Nonstop Care is working with a well established independent fostering agency, in the South East, who is looking for a skilled supervising social worker to join their team on a permanent basis. The IFA has a therapeutic approach to fostering which means you will be working with a team that takes into account the individual needs of each child to create the best possible outcome for them, leaving you with better job satisfaction knowing you have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people. In addition to their therapeutic approach, they also have an Good Ofsted rating which means youll be working with a team that values the highest standard of care. This will ensure an excellent work environment for you knowing you have supportive management that are determined to give the best care possible.
