Salary: GBP34,000: GBP38,000 Non Stops client, based in the North West of London, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis. They are a well established IFA that are offering the chance to get a lot of support through continuous training opportunities. Benefits: Training opportunities Career progression: they are looking to slowly grow the service in order to help maintain quality so you have a chance to be a part of a developing service Hybrid working:3 days working from home Small caseload:12:13 for supervision and no Form Fs OR a caseload of 10 with 1 Form F Good Ofsted rating: you will be working with a team that values a high standard of care Supportive and experienced team: learn from people who are committed to helping you achieve your goals GBP250 monthly travel allowance Start right away: they are looking to interview soon and hire the right person right away Responsibilities: You will be responsible for supervising caseload of carers in East and West London Ensuring the highest standards of care are met Support the foster carers and carry out backssments after each visit.
