Salary: GBP35,000: GBP42,000 Non Stops client, based in the Cambridgeshire, is looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their small independent fostering agency. They are a small, family feel agency that value a community feel and therapeutic way of working. This allows you the chance to feel valued and be able to make a positive impact knowing youre voice will be heard. The role is fully home: based aside from visiting carers. They have an office so if you prefer a more hybrid way of working, you are always welcome to go in. This allows you the chance to have a lot of flexibility and create a schedule that works well for your personal needs. Benefits: Therapeutic IFA: they put a big emphasis on their therapeutic model Good Ofsted rating Fully home based: or the option of flexible working and going into the office if you prefer Flexible Schedule: leading to greater work life balance Small caseload: around 6 carers to start and capping at 10 Stability: they are an incredibly stable team Supportive management style: they want you to deliver the best care possible and know that required support from management and administration No Form Fs: only be required to complete one if you have a caseload around 4:5 Less travel: carers are all within 1hr:1.5hrs of the office Responsibilities: Oversee foster families and ensure the highest standards of care are being met Provide support and advise for foster carers Manage a case of around 6 carers in the Cambridgeshire area Requirements: Registration with Social work England (SWE) Driver Care and drive to help support foster carers and families in order to give the best support possible Experience working in the fostering sector: ideally at least 2 years This role will fill up quickly so dont delay your application How : If this role sounds like something you would be interested in, Apply, ideally in Word format, via this site.
