Supervising Social Worker : GBP45,000 Non Stop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating, in the Kent area. They offer a very good salary that can get up to GBP45,000 per annum. They also offer the flexibility to work from home, so you will have a good work : life balance. Responsibilities: The Supervising Social Worker hold a small caseload of foster families, located between Ashford and Folkestone. This role is available due to internal promotion, so you will be taking over an existing caseload. The foster families are stable and some of the visits can be done virtually. The role may also include Form Fs as the caseload will be very low to start with. They have a number of families in backssment, therefore the role is very much to support the growth in the region and take on new / transferring families as they are approved. Their office is in Ashford. Benefits: : a very good salary (can get up to around GBP45,000 per annum) : Good Ofsted : flexibility with home working : Very supportive and experienced manager : Access to a broad range of learning and development opportunities including therapeutic training and PACE. : Access to Management Career Development Plan (CDP) : Career progression : 28 days leave plus 8 bank holidays, plus birthday off each year.
